about urban khetti

Urbankhetti is a 7 year old Urban farming service based out of Ahmedabad. We grow organic vegetables, develop and design fruit orchards for people at their private properties for their personal use. We also look after the maintenance.

We develop green zones for institutes, industries & factories with local trees and take up the maintenance contract for the same.

We believe in creating an eco system for all our lands. We follow all traditional practices for growing our fruits and vegetables. Our focus is not only on developing the land but we make sure that we increase the biodiversity of the space by making it lively not just for human beings but also for birds, animals, insects and butterflies.

We have worked on concepts like 'feed your workers' for factories, 'community farming' for urban communities, 'Urbankhetti farm school' and conducted multiple hands on workshops.
